For over a year now, I've been unhappy with my appearance and body. I've gained quite a bit of weight and have lost muscle... and I'm ready for a change!
This past year, I've had ups and downs with working out and eating right. I want to lose weight... but more importantly, I want to become fit and have a healthier lifestyle while doing it!
I'm hoping to post a couple times a week in hopes that this blog will keep me accountable and motivated. I will be posting my weight each week... although this will be embarrassing (at first), I'm a visual person and think it will be helpful!
2013 is going to be the year I take a stand and become healthier!
