My Reasons

Here are a list of my personal reasons for getting in shape and becoming healthier.

I workout because...

- it relieves stress
- to one day rock a bikini
- to be able to run in a sports bra
- I want to be able to fit into my old jeans
- the feeling of accomplishment when I finish
- I want to have a before and after photos of my progress :)
- because I CAN!
